WHITEHORSE – The Yukon Information and Privacy Commissioner (IPC), Diane McLeod-McKay released her comments today on the development of the HIPMA Regulations. Her comments are provided in response to the public discussion about development of the regulations issued by the Department of Health and Social Services (HSS).
