News Release: BC Government Privacy Breach Involving Yukon Student Information

WHITEHORSE –Yukon’s Information and Privacy Commissioner was informed that Commissioner Denham, British Columbia’s Information and Privacy Commissioner, will release an investigation report examining the cause of the breach of personal information that affected millions of British Columbia and Yukon students. The news release issued by Commissioner Denham’s office today indicates that she will make the investigation report available on her office’s website located at www.oipc.bc.ca on Thursday, January 28, 2016 at 9:30 a.m. The full version of Commissioner Denham’s news release is located at the link below.
