Comments on PIDWA
The Yukon Public Interest Disclosure Commissioner (PIDC) submitted comments to the Public Service Commission (PSC) at the Yukon government as part of Phase 2 of the statutory review of the Public Interest Disclosure of Wrongdoing Act (PIDWA) on April 14, 2023.
These comments included a letter from the PIDC, a set of five recommendations (together with responses to questions set out by the PSC) and a comprehensive provision-by-provision review of the Act, with comments.
These documents were revised on February 8, 2024 with changes highlighted throughout the documents.
