Yukon Public Interest Disclosure Commissioner
Seeking advice
In order to make a disclosure of wrongdoing you must be an employee of a public entity, see "Who does PIDWA apply to?". Prior to disclosing a wrongdoing, it is recommended that you seek advice.
You can seek advice from a supervisor, the designated officer of your public entity, if one exists, or the office of the Public Interest Disclosure Commissioner (PIDC). This service is free and confidential. Please contact us for a copy of the Request for Advice Form.
